Ministry's Functions: Enabling sectors, ministries and government departments to focus on their basic tasks and responsibilities. Preparation and implementation of result oriented systemic policies and procedures which reflect the national priorities and the optimal use of available resources through reviewing and structuring the organizational chart of the public sector and improving its services as well as developing its human and financial resources in accordance with excellence standards and mechanisms which promote the principles of accountability, transparency and decentralized approach as well as partnership with the private sector and civil society institutions.
